Issue Summary

When creating a database within a whiteboard and adding the database on top of a whiteboard section, the database's UI elements cannot be interacted with.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On an existing whiteboard, click the "Section" icon in the toolbar to create a new section.
2. Click the "More" icon in the toolbar, and choose "Create database".
3. Drag the database onto the whiteboard's section.
4. Observe that the database's elements are not clickable. The database cannot be resized either.

Expected Results

The database elements can be interacted with when layered on a whiteboard section.

Actual Results

The database elements cannot be interacted with when layered on a whiteboard section.

Workaround

Drag the database off of the section, ensuring that no part of it overlaps with the section. The database elements can now be clicked.
