Support Image alignment inside excerpt macro

      Summary:

In Confluence Cloud, the Excerpt macro does not fully support image alignment attributes for media elements. When an image with a border is placed inside an Excerpt macro and set to Left alignment, the left-side border is visually clipped or cut off in View Mode.

This occurs because the Fabric editor's Excerpt macro fails to correctly render the padding or container boundaries required for left-aligned images with ADF border marks (ac:adf-mark key="border"). This issue is frequently seen after migrations from Confluence Data Center/Server, where alignment attributes (ac:align="left") are injected into the Cloud storage format during conversion.

      Suggestion:

Provide the functionality to enable the Excerpt macro and the Cloud renderer to fully support and respect image alignment attributes (align-start, align-end) for media elements.

      Workaround:

Change the image alignment from Left to Center. This resolves the clipping issue, but forces a layout change.
