Issue Summary
- Even if both the source Jira project and the Confluence space with the Jira board link are migrated from Cloud A to Cloud B, the link fixing does not update the URL for the Jira board link in the Confluence page.

Steps to Reproduce
Cloud A: CloudA.atlassian.net
Cloud B: CloudB.atlassian.net
- Create a Jira space(sprint) in Cloud A
- Create a Conf space in Cloud A
- Copy the Jira sprint URL and paste it in the Conf page in Cloud A
- Migrate the Jira space and Conf space to Cloud B
- Run Link fixing
- Check the result.
Expected Results
- The Jira sprint URL should be updated from Cloud A to Cloud B as shown below:
- CloudB.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/PKEY/boards/167
Actual Results
- No change:
- CloudA.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/PKEY/boards/300 ← No change.
