      Problem

      Some user mention's are not reliably returned when searched/filtered for that user in the database

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud - Database

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a database
      • Add a text column with user mentions in each cell
      • Search/Filter for certain users
      • Observe some user searches are not returned

      Expected Results

      Search should work when user is mentioned in a text field

      Actual Results

      Search does not consistently work when user is mentioned in a text field

      Workaround

      Search works on the user when text (not a mention) is added in the user field
