      Issue Summary

Confluence Smart Links fail to display the correct page title when pasted into Microsoft Teams or other Confluence pages, instead showing the placeholder text "Log in with Atlassian account." It primarily affects older Confluence pages, while newly created pages resolve correctly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Identify a Legacy Page: Navigate to a Confluence page created in 2021 or earlier.
      2. Copy URL: Copy the page link directly from the browser's address bar.
      3. Paste in Teams: Open a Microsoft Teams chat or channel and paste the link.
      4. Verify Authentication: Ensure you are logged into the Confluence Cloud app within Teams.
      5. Compare: Repeat the process with a page created within the last 24 hours.

      Expected Results

The pasted link should automatically unfurl into a Smart Link (Card or Inline) showing the actual title of the Confluence page

      Actual Results

The link shows "Log in with Atlassian account," despite the user already being logged in.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
