Provide a Storage Format Source Editor for Confluence Cloud (parity with Data Center)

      In Confluence Cloud, there is no way to edit raw storage format in the UI.

      In Data Center (9.2.14+), the bundled Storage Format Source Editor allows users to copy storage format from one page and paste it into another, enabling quick content duplication without REST API calls.

      Please provide an equivalent capability in Cloud with admin-controlled access.
