Improve intuitiveness of the "Action" toggle switch in Team Calendars "Manage Event Types" settings

      Current Problem:
In the "Manage Event Types" dialog within Confluence Team Calendars settings, each event type has a toggle switch under the "Actions" column. Users have reported that this toggle is not intuitive. Specifically, it is unclear whether the toggle controls the visibility of the event type on the calendar, its active status, or some other administrative action. The label "Action" for a simple visibility/status toggle does not clearly communicate its purpose.

      Suggested Solution:

      1. Rename the Column: Change the column header from "Actions" to something more descriptive, such as "Show on Calendar" or "Visibility".
      1. Improve Toggle Labels: Ensure the toggle has clear "On/Off" or "Show/Hide" indicators that are visually obvious.
      1. Add Tooltips: Provide a tooltip explaining that this toggle controls whether events of this type are displayed by default on the calendar view.
      1. UI Consistency: Align the design with other modern Confluence Cloud settings pages where status toggles are used.

      Workaround:
Currently, users must experiment with the toggle and then check the calendar view to understand that it controls the default visibility of that specific event type.
