Issue Summary
Following the steps from https://support.atlassian.com/confluence/kb/after-a-successful-server-to-cloud-migration-url-links-are-broken-in-the-new-cloud-instance/ often getting timedout
Steps to Reproduce
- Migrate Confluence data from DC to cloud
- Execute link fixing task Go to Atlassian Administration -> Data management > Link fixing
Expected Results
Success
Actual Results
Timedout
The below exception is thrown in cloud log.
logger: com.atlassian.confluence.modules.infra.connpool.impl.DualConnectionPoolUtils message: Long running connections detected . message: FATAL: terminating connection due to idle-in-transaction timeout . message: Link updates failed for contentID
Workaround
- Retry link fixing multiple times.
- Reach out to Atlassian support for manual link fixing.
