Vertically increase Jira Work Item List view to include up to 20 issues, remove need to scroll

      The Jira Work Item list macro embedded view is shorter vertically than the Jira Data Center macro. This requires more scrolling to see all of the items in the list.

      The Jira DC Macro allows viewing for 20 items with the Jira Work Item list displaying roughly 13-14 work items.
