Provide an admin option to disable or restrict page-level Slack subscriptions in Confluence Cloud

      Feature Request Summary:
Confluence Cloud admins currently have no way to disable or restrict page-level Slack subscriptions. Any user with access to a page can create a Slack subscription for that page, and there is no global or space-level setting to prevent this.

      Use Case:
Enterprise customers managing large Confluence instances with the Confluence Cloud for Slack app need the ability to control which pages or spaces can have Slack subscriptions. Without this, any user can set up page-level subscriptions, leading to:

      • Notification noise in Slack channels
      • Difficulty managing subscriptions at scale (admins cannot easily audit or bulk-manage page-level subscriptions)
      • No centralized control over what content triggers Slack notifications

Currently, subscriptions can only be removed individually — either from the page (… → Apps → Slack notifications → Delete) or from Slack via /confluence list → Edit/Delete. There is no way to prevent creation in the first place.

      Requested Enhancement:
Provide one or more of the following options:
      1. A global admin setting to enable/disable page-level Slack subscriptions site-wide
      2. A space-level setting to allow/disallow page-level Slack subscriptions per space
      3. A permission-based control so only users with a specific role (e.g., Space Admin) can create page-level subscriptions

This would give enterprise admins better governance over Slack notification integrations.
