Issue Summary

Confluence pages are scrolling randomly on their own, which makes it difficult to select text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Confluence page (especially longer pages with significant content, with layout).

1. Attempt to scroll through the page or select a specific block of text.

1. Observe the page jumping or scrolling unexpectedly without user input.

Expected Results

The page should remain static unless scrolled by the user, and text selection should be stable.

Actual Results

The page "glitches" and scrolls randomly, causing the cursor or selection to lose focus.

Workaround
