Issue Summary
In the Jira work items macro in Confluence Cloud, the Wrap text option does not apply to user‑type “pill” fields (e.g. Assignee, Reporter, user custom fields). These cells stay on a single line with a large minimum width, making tables unnecessarily wide.
Steps to Reproduce
- Edit a Confluence Cloud page.
- Insert Jira work items macro and include a user‑type column (e.g. Assignee).
- Enable Wrap text for the table.
- Narrow the user‑type column to a width where text should wrap.
Expected Results
- User‑type fields wrap onto multiple lines when Wrap text is enabled.
- Column width can be reduced while keeping the table readable.
Actual Results
- User‑type (pill) fields remain on a single line.
- Column keeps a wide minimum width, effectively ignoring Wrap text and contributing to horizontal scrolling.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
