"Create from Template" macro freezes browser when editing a Global Template on large tenants

      Issue Summary

      The "Create from Template" macro dialog freezes for 60+ seconds when opened while editing a Global Template. The browser becomes unresponsive and eventually shows a 504 gateway timeout. This only affects tenants with a large number of spaces.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Global Template
      2. Insert a "Create from Template" macro
      3. Open the macro to edit it
      4. Observe browser freeze for 60+ seconds

      Expected Results

      The macro dialog should open

      Actual Results

      The browser freezes for 60 seconds

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
