Issue Summary
- When a new Database is created from a Confluence page, it gets a default title in this format, with the "XXXX-XX-XX" being the creation date.

- Once the database is renamed, the default title is still used and visible on the page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new page in Confluence and add/create a new Database using this shortcut;
/New database
- A new database will be created under the page, and also embedded into the page.
- Rename the Database;
- Either directly via the embed option on the page, or on the Database itself.
- Publish the page and check on the Database on the page.
Expected Results
- The embedded Database on the page show use the updated Database title.
Actual Results
Workaround
- Edit and Remove the embedded database from the page, and re-add the database after renaming it;
- Using the "/Embed Database" shortcut, or pasting the URL of the database into the page.
