Confluence Cloud should provide a way to export a single page (and optionally blog posts) to PDF with comments included.
Many teams use page comments as an integral part of their review and approval workflow (e.g. peer review sign‑off, audit trails, decision rationale, and implementation notes). When exporting a page to PDF:
Important review information is lost because comments are omitted.
- Teams needing auditable records cannot rely on a page PDF export alone, since the exported document does not include peer reviews, approvals, or discussion context stored in comments.
- Users are forced into manual, error‑prone workarounds, such as:
- Copy‑pasting comment content into the page body before exporting.
- Taking screenshots of the page with expanded comments.
- Maintaining a separate "Review log" page purely for export purposes.
