Watchers added or removed in 'Manage watchers' do not appear immediately in the modal window

      Issue Summary

      Removing/adding a watcher doesn't show any sort of success/failure to the user, in the "Manage watchers" option. The process is conducted as expected, but the pages to be refreshed for the changes to be displayed

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any type of content
      2. Go to the ... (more options) menu
      3. Click on "Watch settings" and click on "Manage watchers"
      4. Add watcher to 'Page and live doc' or 'Space'

      Expected Results

      Watchers added or removed in 'Manage watchers' update immediately in modal window

      Actual Results

      Watchers added or removed in 'Manage watchers' don't appear immediately in modal window

      Workaround

      Refresh the page, so the changes are displayed correclty.
