As a Confluence Cloud user embedding third‑party content via Smart Links (e.g. Figma), I want:
- The ability to set width and height independently for the embed frame, or
- At least a choice of aspect‑ratio / layout presets (for example: “Portrait / mobile”, “Landscape”, “Square”),
so that I can make the embedded design match the real shape of the UI I’m documenting, especially for tall/vertical mobile screens.
Business impact
- Teams documenting mobile applications cannot present designs in a way that matches the device form factor.
- Pages end up with large, square/landscape embeds surrounded by empty space, which hurts readability and the quality of functional/requirements documentation.
- Because there is no native HTML macro, customers either:
- Depend on Marketplace apps purely for layout control, or
- Move critical design documentation out of Confluence.
