Issue Summary
When exporting a cloud Confluence space using the xml export option, as a space admin + org and site admin, you would expect that all the restricted content regardless if you have explicit access to it or not, would be exported as mentioned in our public documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml/
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure to be space admin, org admin/site-admin
- Create a space in Confluence Cloud
- Log in with a different user (no need to be an org admin)
- Create a restricted page in that space
- With your site admin/space admin account export the space to XML
Expected Results
Content exported as xml and imported into Data Center or Cloud should have the restricted pages included even if the site/org admin did not have visibility of the page.
Actual Results
XML exports are not including restricted pages where org admins does not have access.
Workaround
The admin exporting the space can add themselves to the page restrictions, making sure to have view permissions to all pages in the space to be exported, then perform the export to xml.
