Issue Summary

Content inside the LegacyContent macro (LCM) that includes nested marketplace macros (MultiExcerpt Include, Navitabs / Tab Group + Localtabs) does not render in either View or Edit mode. Affected content appears as empty grey blocks or an infinite loading spinner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Confluence Cloud page that contains a LegacyContent macro wrapping nested marketplace macros (e.g. MultiExcerpt Include or Navitabs Tab Group)
2. View the page — observe grey empty blocks where content should be, or sections with an infinite loading spinner
3. Edit the page — the macro container is visible (e.g. MultiExcerpt Include targeting a specific page/excerpt) but the content does not render

Expected Results

All content inside the LegacyContent macro should render correctly in both View and Edit mode, preserving the original content from the legacy editor (tabs with text, code blocks, procedural content, etc.)

Actual Results

• Grey, empty blocks appear where tabbed or structured content used to be (not clickable, no text, no visible error)
• - OR: sections show an infinite loading spinner that never resolves

Workaround

Currently, the only known workaround is to manually edit each affected page to remove the LegacyContent macro and recreate the content using Cloud Editor-compatible macros. This is not feasible at scale for customers with thousands of affected pages.
