Smartlink should be rendered to URL patterns for space's overview page headers.

 

1. Copy a link to heading from a space's overview page.
2. Paste it into another page, it does not get converted into a smartlink. It should get converted like other links.

The smartlink rendering doesn't support this URL pattern:

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacekey/pagename#heading 

But it does for:

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacekey/pages/pageID/pageName#Heading
