Version History shows duplicate entries when restore to last version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A
2. Publish the same
3. Edit the page, add some content and publish it.
4. This should be version 2 of the page.
5. Click on the 3 dots on the page >> version history >> revert to V1
6. Page is reverted to V1 content wise however the version history tab shows wrong entries.

Expected Results

Version history tab to show only 1 version as "Reverted from" entry.

Actual Results

There are duplicate entries that shows reverted from 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
