Issue Summary
When exporting large Confluence whiteboards to PDF, the "high quality" export option cannot be used to export the entire board at once due to limits on the size of the exported area.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Confluence whiteboard with a large canvas and multiple sections (e.g. diagrams, text, connectors).
• Export the whole whiteboard to PDF with the "Quality" option set to "High quality".

Actual Result

• The export fails with the message "Export area is too large for high quality. Try resizing your content or reducing level of quality."

Expected Result
Additional options when exporting large whiteboards, for example:

• Smarter pagination (splitting content across multiple pages)
• Vector‑based export where possible
• User‑selectable export options (e.g. scale, page size, DPI)

Business Impact
Whiteboards cannot be reliably used for final artefacts shared with stakeholders
Teams must resort to workarounds (screenshots, re‑drawing diagrams in other tools)
