Issue Summary

For heading links of a space's overview page, smartlinks are not rendered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy a link to heading from a space’s overview page.

1. Paste it into another page, it does not get converted into a smartlink.

Expected Results

The link should turn into a smartlink.

Actual Results

The link stays a normal text URL.

Workaround

We can make URL look same as other pages and it'll resolve into the smartlink.

Replace the URL from:

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacekey/pagename#heading (this doesn't resolve)

to

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacekey/pages/pageID/pageName#Heading (this resolves)

To get the pageID of the overview page, double-click on the space.
