      Issue Summary

      RBAC: In the new Role Based permissions experience, technical users shouldn't be showing app in the space permissions. Currently, if you access the Users menu in some spaces, the atlassian-addons and/or atlassian-addons-admin technical users are showing up in the space permissions front-end UI, while they should be visible only in the backend.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have Role Based Access enabled for your site.
      2. Access an Space Permissions from the Users menu.
      3. Observe the existence of atlassian-addons-* users.

      Expected Results

      These users should be visible only in the backend.

      Actual Results

      These users are showing up in some spaces and can be deleted/changed by space admins.

      Workaround

      Simple ignore the existence of such (technical) users, they are used only in the backend.
