Issue Summary

Images within bulleted lists and on a newline are not properly preserved as block images after conversion from legacy editor. When converted, images are displayed inline with the preceding text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create bulleted list in Legacy editor
2. Add some text.
3. Insert an image.
4. Center-align the image only (this will put it on a new line)
5. Convert page manually to Fabric Editor

Expected Results

Image should appear on a new line from the text.

Actual Results

Image appears as inline image with preceding text.

Workaround

After conversion, manually put the image on a new line by pressing Shift+Enter before it.
