Issue Summary

Version History "summarize change" Option by Rovo is not working accurately

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add a table 
3. Add couple of rows with roles and users mention. 
4. Add rest of the rows with roles and text
5. Publish the page.
6. Edit the page change the rest of the entries to user mentions except 1 entry as text in the middle.

Expected Results

The "summarize change" Option from AI to return the exact change

Actual Results

The results are mixed up when multiple rows are present occasionaly
