Issue Summary

Currently, all entries generated by the Table of Contents macro are displayed as underlined links, which makes harder to read, especially on long documents. There is no option in the macro or global settings to change this styling. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page with multiple headings and insert the Table of Contents macro.

1. Publish/view the page.

1. Observe that all entries in the Table of Contents macro are displayed with underlined text.

   Actual Results

Setting/option to remove underlined text in macro settings.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
