Issue Summary

In Confluence Live Docs, images do not render correctly if a user lacks the "Add Attachments" permission at the space level, even if they have View and Edit permissions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Live Doc page and upload an image.
2. Grant a test user View and Edit permissions in Space Settings (ensure Add Attachments is disabled).
3. Log in as the test user and attempt to view the image on the page.

Expected Results

The image should display successfully for any user with View access.

Actual Results

The image fails to load and displays a persistent loading icon instead.

Workaround

• Switch to standard view mode by selecting ... > Switch to viewing.

• Alternatively, grant the user the Add Attachments permission in Space Settings.
