Confluence supports Guest User access; however, Better Code Macro for Confluence currently does not support this functionality, so the app is not displayed for these users. Instead, the following message is shown:

This was due to the Forge apps constraint logged here: Forge: Support unlicensed Confluence users (Guests and anonymous).
This is now available, and this suggestion is to implement it in the add-on
