Set Standard Density as Default for New Confluence Pages (Space-Level Configuration)

XMLWordPrintable

      Summary

Pages converted from the legacy editor (manual or auto-convert) will automatically use Compact Mode by default.

Currently there is no native functionality for bulk-updating the density of already converted pages from Compact to Standard, ideally as a space-level setting.

      Steps to Reproduce

Enable Standard Density via the page toolbar (“A ↓ – Use Standard Density”)

      Expected Results

The ability to set Standard Density as the default for all pages, ideally as a space-level setting.

      Actual Results

Users must manually enable it via the page toolbar (“A ↓ – Use Standard Density”), which results in inconsistent spacing across content.

      Workaround
