Issue Summary

When using the Exclamation Mark emoji ❗inside a Legacy macro, the macro won't load in the view mode. Storage format:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add a legacy macro, either using an old App or manually adding a storage format XML file. 
2. Add the exclamation mark emoji in the body of the macro.
3. Update the page and try the view mode, the macro won't load.

Expected Results

The macro should render in view mode, regardless of the emojis used.

Workaround

Remove the emoji using editor mode.
