Steps to Reproduce

- From the Sidebar navigation, expand Spaces and open any space.
- Open a page.
- Navigate to the "More actions" menu button and activate it, then select "Export" and choose "Export to PDF".

- Observe that the Title in the document’s XMP metadata is missing and the PDF/UA identifier is absent.

Actual Results
When exporting a Confluence page to PDF and running an accessibility check using Accessibility Checker, the resulting PDF is missing key accessibility metadata:
- Document Title: The PDF metadata does not have a title set. Screen readers rely on this to announce the document correctly.
- PDF/UA Label: The PDF does not declare PDF/UA compliance and is untagged.
As a result, screen readers cannot announce the document title, and automated accessibility checkers flag the PDF as non-compliant.
Expected Results
The PDF should include a document title in metadata and be properly tagged as PDF/UA compliant.
Apply the following changes:
- Configure Confluence PDF export to populate metadata from page titles.
- Apply proper PDF tagging to support PDF/UA compliance, or use a plugin that produces accessible PDFs.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
