      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Presently there is no option of disabling particular email server configured with Confluence. (Only deleting the configured ones)

      Proposal:
      Allow configuring various email servers and add [ENABLE/DISABLE] button next to each.
      This way we could select which particular email server we would like to use with Confluence.

      Further, when restoring a site backup into a new instance, the configuration of mail servers get restored as well. Thus there is no way of stopping the pulling of emails into Confluence via the configured mail servers.
