Issue Summary
When a table is placed within a column layout, any width resizing applied to the table is lost after saving and reediting. This issue affects the usability of tables in column sections, resulting in a loss of data presentation clarity for users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new page with a column layout.
- Insert a table into one of the columns.
- Resize the width formatting of the table.
- Save the page.
- Edit the page and navigate back to the column containing the table.
- Observe that the table formatting has been lost.
Expected Results
- The table resize formatting should persist after saving and editing when placed inside a column.
- Users should be able to apply and retain fixed column widths for tables within column layouts.
Actual Results
- Tables lose the formatting when a page is edited a second time
Workaround
If possible, remove the table from the column macro.
Otherwise, currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
