Current Problem:
Currently, the Excerpt macro in Confluence Cloud does not provide an option to left-align its content. Users have reported that content within the Excerpt macro is often center-aligned by default, and there is no straightforward way to change the alignment to left. This limitation affects the visual consistency of pages, especially when integrating excerpts with other left-aligned content or images.
Suggested Solution:
Introduce a "Left Align" option in the Excerpt macro settings, allowing users to choose the alignment (left, center, right) of the macro content. This would provide greater flexibility and improve the visual layout of Confluence pages.
Workaround:
Some users have attempted to use page layouts or tables to simulate left alignment, but these solutions are not ideal and can complicate page design.
