Issue Summary

The Cards macro (and a few other macros visible to other users) does not appear for the affected user when creating or editing a Confluence page. This behavior is isolated to a single user and does not impact other users in the same instance.

Steps to Reproduce

• Log in as User
• Create or edit any Confluence page
• Attempt to insert the Cards macro

Expected Results

The Cards macro should be available and selectable, consistent with other users on the same instance who have identical permissions.

Actual Results

The Cards macro (and some other macros) is not available for the affected user.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
