Problem
When using the Jira work item macro in Confluence to generate reports, users are unable to display Confluence pages or web links that are attached to Jira issues. These links are treated as remote links and are not available as selectable columns in the macro, limiting the ability to present all relevant information in Confluence reports.
Suggested Solution
Allow the Jira work item macro in Confluence to recognize and display remote links (such as Confluence pages and web links) attached to Jira issues as selectable columns or fields within the macro.
Why This Is Important
Many teams rely on the Jira work item macro in Confluence to create comprehensive reports and dashboards. The inability to include remote links means critical context and documentation are missing from these reports, reducing their usefulness and requiring manual workarounds.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
