      Description:

Currently, in Confluence, when navigating to [Space settings] > [Contents] > [Restricted], there is no search box available.
Customers are experiencing difficulties finding specific restricted pages, especially in spaces with a large number of restricted pages.
Adding a search box would greatly improve usability and efficiency for users managing restricted content.

      Current Problem:

Users must manually scroll through the entire list of restricted pages to locate a specific page.

This process is time-consuming and inefficient, particularly in spaces with many restricted pages.

There is no way to quickly filter or search for a page by title or keyword.

      Suggested Solution:

Add a search box or filter functionality to the [Restricted] page under [Space settings] > [Contents].

Allow users to search for restricted pages by page title or keyword.

Display filtered results dynamically as the user types.

      Workaround:

      • Perform a regular global search or space search from an account that has view permission.
