      Issue Summary

      Live Doc: Self @mention or self action assignment notifications do not get triggered. even though notify on own action option is checked/enabled.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable notify on own action option under personal email settings.
      2. Create a Live doc
      3. Tag self or assign a task to self

      Expected Results

      Notification email should be triggered.

      Actual Results

      No email notification for self actions from Live docs.  

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
