Confluence Space Report doesn't work as expected

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

Use these steps to create a report:

1. Select the wheel icon in the top-right corner to open Confluence administration.

1. Select Data management > Space reports.

1. Select Create report

Expected Results

The Space report will be generated and can be downloaded after it is ready.

Actual Results

The space report doesn't generate after waiting, and no record/history shows the space generating action, or the UI.

Workaround

Try to create the space report with multiple attempts at different times.
