Steps to Reproduce

1. Prepare Confluence Cloud Enterprise instance.
2. Make sure user generated logs are turned on for the site in admin hub
3. Go to Confluence and create a page and upload an attachment
4. No audit logs are visible.

suggestion

Implement this feature to log audit entries as described in the user guide. The user guide already mentions that these events are supported.
