Currently, when a user inserts a table in the Confluence editor, the table is created with a fixed default size of 3 rows x 3 columns. If the user needs a different size, they must manually add or remove rows and columns after the table has been created.

      Requested Feature
Provide a way for users to set the desired number of rows and columns at the time of inserting a table on a Confluence page.

      1. Restore legacy-style UI for initial table size selection
When adding a table in the cloud editor, provide a UI similar to the legacy editor that allows choosing the initial table size (rows x columns) before the table is inserted.
      2. Enable fully keyboard-driven initial placement and resizing from /table
When inserting a table via the /table command, allow users to complete the initial size selection and subsequent size adjustments using only the keyboard.
      3. Provide shortcuts to increase/decrease columns horizontally
Add keyboard shortcuts to increase or decrease the number of columns to the left/right (horizontal growth/shrink).
