Question for confluence not triggering email notifications.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install question for confluence. 
• Watch the whole question for confluence space.
• watch the questions and topics.
  • create new questions or reply to existing question. 

Expected Results

Email notifications should get triggered. 

Actual Results

No email notifications for new questions, topics, answers.

Workaround

@ mentions the users who need to know about the question raised or being answered.
