Issue Summary
Unable to migrate Confluence spaces from an outdated version to Confluence Cloud due to version constraints that prevent the use of the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
“If you're on Server or Data Center version 6.14 or earlier, either upgrade to Confluence Server or Data Center 6.15 or reach out to Atlassian Support on how to get your spaces over to the cloud.”
Steps to Reproduce
- Export space from outdated DC version.
- Import it on cloud.
Expected Results
Instead of contacting Atlassian Support , the workaround link https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf614/restoring-a-space-965546318.html#RestoringaSpace-workaround can be shared directly to save customer time.
Actual Results
The message suggests to reach out to Atlassian Support on how to get spaces over to the cloud. However Support cannot do anything except sharing the workaround https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf614/restoring-a-space-965546318.html#RestoringaSpace-workaround to be followed by the customer.
This unnecessary wastes customer migration time.
