Description

In Confluence Cloud databases, user want "Board" and "Gallery" views to show all selected fields. It allow users to show or hide certain fields for display, but only a few of the chosen fields are actually shown in the view. For example, if a user selects 4 fields to be visible in the gallery layout, only the first 3 fields will appear, with a small notification indicating that additional values are available.

Current Behaviour

The "Gallery" and the "Board" view shows only few of the selected fields. This restriction hinders users who need to see all selected fields in the view.

Desired Outcome

Implement a feature that ensures users' field selections in the "Board" and "Gallery" views are accurately reflected in the actual view. When users select fields to be visible, those fields should be displayed without unnecessary restrictions. This enhancement will provide users with the control they expect over their data presentation, leading to a more intuitive and effective user experience.
