Issue Summary

Unlike Confluence server/DC, Confluence cloud does not have an HTML macro, which allows dynamic content to be embedded on a page. The Confluence Cloud iFrame macro allows embedding a webpage inside a Confluence page, but it does not have options or the ability to refresh the content within without refreshing the entire page.

Suggestion

Enable the ability for content within the iFrame macro to refresh without refreshing the entire page. This could be done by having a parameter for refreshing the iFrame's content at some interval, or a 'Refresh' button next to each iFrame macro instance that would reload the content within.

Workaround

There are Marketplace apps that provide this functionality. However, they do not work with all of Confluence Cloud's capabilities (like PDF/Word export)
