Issue Summary

The Confluence Administration Find New Apps section is broken/weird upon landing on it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Confluence Administration screen at https://INSTANCE_URL.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/center 
2. Go to Atlassian marketplace => Find new apps section

Expected Results

The page would load as expected and you would be able to start Trials.

Actual Results

The page loads broken/weird upon landing on it and clicking on "Free trial" doesn't trigger anything.

Workaround

Search and install new marketplace apps from any of these other portals instead:

or directly at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
