Issue Summary

Collaborative editing breaks when your cursor in a table cell but someone else merges two table cells together while you’re typing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or edit a page with a table
2. Person A starts typing in a table cell
3. Person B merges two cells in a column above where person A is typing

Expected Results

Cursor should stay in the cell.

Actual Results

Cursor moves to the top of the page.

Workaround

Don't type in a table while other people are merging cells :'(
