Issue Summary

clicking on “Browse for files” in the attachment macro, the macro freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Even drag and drop of attachments in the attachment macro does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with an attachments macro
2. Try drag and drop of files or click on the "Browser for files" button

It may or may not work.

Note: The issue is not always reproducible.

Expected Results

It should be possible to add attachments to the page.

Actual Results

Attachment macro freezes and does not allow adding any attachments. 

Workaround

• Access the page attachments panel and directly upload the attachments there. Steps to access the Attachments page
  • Click on the (show details) from the toolbar (bottom right)
  • Click on the arrow next to Attachments
• Upload via the page body (Edit mode)
  • Open the page in Edit mode.
  • Drag and drop your files onto the page body (not inside the Attachments macro).
  • Wait for the upload to finish, then publish the page.
  • The files will appear in the Attachments macro. You can remove them from the page body; they’ll remain as attachments.

Note: The full list of attachments displays correctly in view mode, but may not show as expected in edit mode.
