Issue Summary

Upload attachment user generated event is not logged in audit logs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prepare Confluence Cloud Enterprise instance.
2. Make sure user generated logs are turned on for the site in admin hub
3. Go to Confluence and create a page and upload an attachment

Expected Results

There is an audit log event to show that attachment was created.

Actual Results

There is an event to say Confluence page was updated, but no event about attachment.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
